You know how I love easy vegan food. This is my current favorite:
- Cook pasta.
- Fry some broccoli in parsley + garlic + lime pepper, add beans (any bean will do) when the broccoli is a nice color (whatever color you fancy that day), fry for another couple of minutes.
- Combine in a bowl. Done!
Also found some fresh basil to add. Not necessary tho. Long as you have that fried broccoli. Best thing ever.
